Manual Therapy

The manual therapy includes specially developed diagnostic and therapeutic methods which are applied to detect and to heal reversible dysfunctions affecting the musculoskeletal system. It consists of special manual techniques aimed at relieving pain and treating mobility impairments. Various relaxation and stretching exercises, suitable for the soft tissue, are performed to enhance the muscle functions to adapt them to the renewed joint mobility. All these techniques are used for the treatment of joint disorders in the extremities and in the spinal column.

The manual therapy is recommended, for example, for the treatment of joint disorders, impaired mobility, arthrosis or tinnitus.
